This is a beautiful, first tier spacious 3 BR/3 bath gulf-view home with a private pool.
The second floor offers a kitchen area; family area, gulf side dining area; full bath with laundry and king bedroom which provides access to a large, beach front porch with an incredible view. A screened porch off the family area offers a porch swing and table with seating for six to enjoy views of the white powder sands the Gulf of Mexico is famous for.
The third floor offers two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a king sized bed, private gulf view screened porch and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and bunk bed with third bathroom in the hallway.
The private pool is new in 2022 and set upon a sand dune for views of the gulf.
The pool can be heated November through March for $400.00 per week and April, May and October for $250.00 per week plus tax. Please call the office for pool heat.

Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
