The ground level has a children's quarters with a twin bunk bed set, a queen sofa sleeper and a private bath. The home features cable TV, whirlpool tub, washer/dryer, outside enclosed shower, wrap around decking, PRIVATE POOL with, plenty of boat parking, private boat dock on the bay with power, the list goes on and on. You have Beach/Gulf access located across Cape San Blas Road for your convenience.

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.
