You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.

This house could not have been more perfect for our annual family vacation! The sunrise and sunsets over the bay were stunning and you could see them both from many places in this home. I especially loved all the windows on the bayside of the house. The kids (and adults) enjoyed all of the fiddler crabs, stingrays, fish and horseshoe crabs in the bay. The water is very shallow and perfect for walking, all you need is a good pair of water shoes and a net for hours of entertainment. This house has three porches and a cool spot underneath to relax. There are many spaces for everyone to spread out and catch some quiet time when you need it. It is very well stocked with all the things you may need to cook, clean fish or just chill. Being only about a minutes' drive from Salina's park, you are very close to the beach, so you get the best of both worlds from this home. The perfect location! We will definitely return, I cannot say enough about how much I loved this house! We have been coming to Cape San Blas for about 15 years and this is my favorite rental so far!
