Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.

We love this RV lot. Beach camping but not in a crowded campground. The covered rv port makes keeping our rig cool in the hot summer months. Rent a golf cart or bring your own, the beach is golf cart friendly. The outdoor shower is so refreshing after a day in the sand. We come back to this spot every year!
