Spacious 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath duplex. Just steps to the waters edge with an excellent view of the Gulf of Mexico from both levels. Park style charcoal grill, comfortable furniture, nicely equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, screened porch, private outside shower, dedicated boardwalk to the beach are featured in this home. Located in the popular Barefoot Trace community about mid-way down the Cape. GREAT VALUE FOR A SMALL FAMILY!

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

All of our homes come with WiFi

You must be 25 years or older to reserve.

No events are allowed.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.

A Perfect Getaway
We have been coming to Cape San Blas for over 25-years and love the area. We have stayed at Margaritaville many times and the house and location just can't be beat! Great screened porch and sun deck off the master bedroom - amazing views as well. This is a wonderful community of smaller homes with very easy access to the beach and to Scallop Cove Market for any quick needs. Five STARS!

Private Paradise on the Gulf
My wife and I found this place on the Gulf and had never been to Cape San Blas before, so we booked it with my brother and sister-in-law. Normally, we go to the more popular places on the gulf, so we were hesitant to commit. So glad we did! The condo is only steps from the beach, which made it extremely easy to go back-and-forth without a lot of thought. The beach is only used by a small cluster of neighbors, so it is virtually a private beach. Due to this area is open access to the gulf, the waters aren't as clear and calm as the emerald coast line, but, it was much calmer and clear than anything on the Atlantic. When we first arrived, my wife was really concerned that there where are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby as she was accustomed, but after we figured out the lay of the land and realized everything is a short 15 minutes away, we fell in love with the minimal traffic and privacy of the immediate surroundings. The house itself is a little dated, but the owners have taken lots care and attention to making sure all of the furnishings and decor are new, and that the kitchen is stocked with all the basics anyone could ever need. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch on a couple of our rainy days. Overall, we highly recommend this place as a private getaway, and we will definitely be back!
