First tier with GULF VIEWS! 2 bedroom, 2 bath single family newly refreshed home. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, park style charcoal grill, phone, covered porch, split bedroom plan (perfect for two couples or a couple with children). There is also a queen size air mattress included if there isn't quite enough sleeping space! This home is located literally steps to the ocean. Located less than a mile before St. Joseph State Park and has access to St. Joe Bay via a natural path on the bay side of the subdivision. Yes, this home has it all and is priced to stay within your budget!

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

All of our homes come with WiFi

You must be 25 years or older to reserve.

No events are allowed.

Guests are allowed to bring pets, with a limit of two dogs per reservation. Each dog must not exceed a weight of 75 pounds. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 will be applied to the reservation. If no pets will accompany you during your stay, please contact our office to have the pet fee removed.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.

A Little Piece of Heaven
My family and extended family came to celebrate a small family reunion at Sandy Oats. We could not have asked for a better place! It was cozy and warm in the home. We had everything we needed, very well stocked! Beds were comfortable and had plenty of blankets to keep you warm at night! The location was excellent with waking and drivable places nearby! The beach toys and beach chairs were a plus and we enjoyed the boogie boards and playing on the beach! What a perfect vacation this place is especially if you are a family with kids! It’s so convenient to walk straight to the beach instead of packing everything up and having to drive to the beach! I enjoyed my morning coffee with the early risers on the beach and hearing the waves! Bonus, you can do this from the deck too! Sandy Oats had an amazing host, friendly, & communicative! We’ll definitely be back! Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Love this place!
Gorgeous beach and water to enjoy either on the beach or from the large covered deck at the cottage. Peaceful, Comfortable with nice amenities throughout. Wonderful place to relax; with dining and shopping not far away! We plan to go back!

Wonderful trip
We have stayed at Sandy Oats on two different occasions (Oct 2021 and May 2022) and throughly enjoyed both stays. It is just a short walk to the beach and has a great covered porch to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze. The cottage has two comfortable bedrooms on opposite sides of the cottage which makes for a private area for each. The living area is open with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy time with friends and family. We highly recommend it!

Great vacation
The place was very comfortable and had amazing views. Easy walk to the beach. The shower outside was nice to be able to rinse off before coming in. My kids loved riding skateboards in the close paths. The beaches were beautiful and we went on another part of the beach and found huge shells. Cars were allowed to drive on the beach. You could have fires certain times of the year. Dogs were allowed to go on the beach. There were some great restaurants and it really felt like you were on vacation. I would highly recommend.
