There is plenty of space for your family to spread out and relax in the MM Tina Maria. This home is a laid-back, gulf front family home with three bedrooms and three baths. The open-concept living, fully stocked kitchen and dining area is spacious and comfortable. The living area has plenty of windows with natural light and views of the Gulf. The home is stocked with plenty of games, books and puzzles, you can enjoy your puzzles/games while sitting around the coffee table that is a lazy susan. The main level has two bedrooms and one full bath. One bedroom has 2 set of twin bunks and the other bedroom has a king size bed. The 2nd level master bedroom has a king size bed and a twin bed with an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, no shower.

The large deck has plenty of seating to enjoy your morning coffee, family dinners and evening cocktails!

What is there to do around here besides the beach? Everything!! The shopper in you will appreciate the quaint downtown of Port St Joe with upscale boutiques and gift shops. One of our favorite things to do is take advantage of the miles of wide scenic trails along Cape San Blas Road. It is a great place to walk, run or go cycling as a family. Saint Joseph Peninsula State Park is a quaint beachside and bayside wildlife haven and known for its sandy white beaches and tall dunes on the Gulf of Mexico side and marsh on the St. Joseph Bay side. This park has one of the top-rated beaches in the United States with miles of white sugar sand. Sunbathing, snorkeling, and swimming are popular activities along the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph Bay. It is the perfect place for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or bird watching. For the golfers, beautiful St. Joseph Golf Club is just a few miles away.

After a fun filled day, grab dinner at one of the many fabulous restaurants, just a short drive down the scenic coastal highway. Tired of being on the go while on vacation? Stay in and relax, you can have a bonfire on the beach. Enjoy some horseback riding or even drive your 4-wheel drive vehicle on the beach, with a permit that may be purchased at the Gulf County Courthouse.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
