Description Description
The definition of convenience and comfort can be found at Shell Seekers. This townhome is in the quiet location of The Club and boasts well-maintained grounds, a community pool with hot tub and a boardwalk to the beach. Shell Seekers is a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath townhome with 2 screened porches with views of the Gulf. The main level features an open living space with a large kitchen and living area. Prepare delicious beach snacks and homemade meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all major appliances.

The second level features primary bedroom with a KING bed and a large ensuite bath. Also on this level is a 2nd bedroom with 2 TWIN and a 3rd bedroom with a QUEEN bed and a shared full bath. Parking for 2 vehicles with boat parking provided as first come, first serve availability. The storage on the ground floor has an abundance of toys that you are welcome to use.

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish, and bath soap.

All our homes come with Wi-Fi and cable TV.

You must be 25 years or older to reserve.

Events are not allowed.

No pets allowed at this vacation rental.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.

Our Happy Place
If you are looking for a comfy family spot try Shell Seeker! As you drive up to Shell Seeker you have space for two tandem cars to park under the home and out of the sun. The lower level also has an outdoor shower and hose line and an abundant storage closet with our favorite orange wheeled beach wagon. Go upstairs, the main floor has a 1/2 bath with a sink my little ones can reach. A fully stocked kitchen (including back-up spices) a laundry room (with new dryer), dining area for 6, a bookshelf full with family games and toys along with books, living area (with new couches) and a screened in deck with additional chairs and a nice round table for an outside meal. You are welcomed with starting supplies when entering the home which includes paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, bar soap, laundry soap... It’s not enough to get through a whole week but a nice way to get started or end with. Go up another level to three bedrooms, the primary has a connected bathroom with separate shower and tub, double vanity with lots of countertop space, full walk in closet plus it’s own screened in deck, a soft king size bed and lots of extra floor space if you need to add an additional pack n’ play (included in the closet) for super little kiddos. The middle bedroom has two twin really comfortable beds and a closet. It’s tiny but has the necessary space. The third bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining bathroom that also opens to the hallway. It’s a simple corner shower, toilet and single sink. Some of the extra nice features of this location: - The land behind it is believed to have a protected species on it which prevents it from being developed. This leads to a private natural space with a little ocean view. - The community has a pool that you walk by on your way to the beach. It was a great spot to get a better rinse before entering the home. There is also a rinsing station at the end of the boardwalk. - A big win for us is that the boardwalk is completely flat, making wagon use a breeze! - Be aware locals can drive on the beach with a permit, but everyone goes really slow and it has never been an issue for us. - You can also make bonfires on the beach but bring bug spray. We weren’t bothered much during the day but that changes at night, plus I think they are attracted to the light. - There are many turtles nests, so you are asked to cover and flatten any holes dug during the day. Plus all items need to be removed from the beach an hour after sunset. These are county rules (not the owners). - It’s also a relatively short beach walk to the point, where it feels like it’s just you and the ocean plus some really big unbroken shells. - You can also get a private beach feel right at the end of the boardwalk if you go out early. This section of beach is never packed because you have the space to the left that’s not developed. We have greatly enjoyed Cape San Blas and have actually returned to THIS home 3 times in the last 4 years. It has recently changed hands and is being managed by a rental company now, which is why there aren’t many reviews. The new owner has been excellent to work with and seems to really care about making it a great vacation home to stay in. The management company did a great job jumping in to help fix an A/C issue when we first arrived. There was a clog in the condensation line but they got someone out and had it fixed before our guys could get back from their first walk on the beach that evening. If you are looking for a comfy family spot try Shell Seeker! We have a family of 4 and included a set of grandparents and this space works perfect for us!

Our favorite summer family vacation
We love this little place! We found this gem in summer 2022, and will be returning for summer 2023. There are so many good things to say. The townhome is spacious, very clean, and stocked well. It has a nice view of the gulf from both porches. In addition, the community was an added bonus. We loved how quiet it was, yet we enjoyed getting to know neighbors poolside and enjoyed privacy on the beach. The kids had a great time riding their bikes around, collecting shells, and we saw some wildlife too. I could go on about all the things we love about the area, but this is a great place to go in Cape San Blas. And we look forward to returning every year.
