This townhome is in the quiet location of The Club and boasts well-maintained grounds, a community pool with hot tub and a boardwalk to the beach. Shell Seekers is a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath townhome with 2 screened porches with views of the Gulf. The main level features an open living space with a large kitchen and living area. Prepare delicious beach snacks and homemade meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all major appliances.

The second level features primary bedroom with a KING bed and a large ensuite bath. Also on this level is a 2nd bedroom with 2 TWIN and a 3rd bedroom with a QUEEN bed and a shared full bath. Parking for 2 vehicles with boat parking provided as first come, first serve availability. The storage on the ground floor has an abundance of toys that you are welcome to use.

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish, and bath soap.

All our homes come with Wi-Fi and cable TV.

You must be 25 years or older to reserve.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
