The top floor features a king suite with a private balcony offering stunning ocean views. Also on this level is a queen bedroom with beautiful water views and a shared full bathroom.

On the lower level, you will find another king ensuite and a twin/full bunk room with a full bathroom nearby.

The main living area boasts an open floor plan, including a kitchen overlooking the bay, a dining area perfect for gathering, and a living room that opens directly onto the beachfront deck.

*This home is pet-friendly for up to two dogs (no cats). Pet fee: $200.

***Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
